At Jones Memorials we aim to provide a different approach to Stonemasonry by not only producing you with a beautiful and fitting tribute for your loved one but by offering personalised arrangements throughout. If you have used our services before, you will know the high standard that we strive to achieve. We want all our customers to know that we are here to help, every step of the way. We understand that organising a memorial can be a very difficult task and although many find having a memorial for their loved one a comfort and place to remember them we understand how difficult the decision making can be. Our trained and experienced staff can help guide through the process. We can advise on what memorials would be suitable for the cemetery or churchyard the grave is situated in and help you work within your preferred budget. We offer home arrangements where we can come and discuss the memorial with you and your family in the comfort of your own home. We offer weekend and evening appointments alongside our normal daytime appointments.

Once you have decided on your memorial, we can help you with your inscription details. We can provide you with an inscription guide or we can put together some personalised inscriptions for you to look through. We offer a range of inscription styles for you to choose from along with different types of lettering, all of which we can provide examples of. Once all details have been decided on we will produce a proof layout containing all elements of the memorial for you to see and approve before we begin work on your chosen memorial.

Many customers ask if we can coincide the installation with a special date and we are happy to do so. We will keep you updated throughout the whole process and liaise with you for when you would like your memorial to be fitted.

We have included costs for all our memorials on our website and this is purposeful as we pride ourselves on being as transparent as possible with our costings, unlike many other masons we have no hidden extras and any items that are an additional cost are always displayed.
